The wedding of Gaby & Matt took place in the beautiful grounds of the Atrium in Historic Norcross.

Matt proposed on a cool winter afternoon in December at Oliver Point in Buford, Georgia. A very special place for the couple.

The intimate wedding took place on a sunny Saturday afternoon in May.

The bride was stunning in a Stella York gown with a deep sweetheart neckline under incredible beeding work creating a waterfall effect that flowed from the bodice and into the tulle skirt. She wore a loose updo hairstyle for a cathedral train. The groom was dashing in a Vera Wang black tuxedo and Joseph Abboud shoes.

The floral decor was inspired by spring colors with warm tones. The cascade bouquet, gazebo, and flower arrangements all had a lot of texture, with an elegant combination of roses and eucalyptus.

The Wedding Ceremony took place in the gardens facing a gorgeous white Italian gazebo and was officiated by Dexter Manuel, a minister with the Church of Scientology.

After the ceremony, guests moved indoors to enjoy cocktail hour and Passed Hors D’oeuvres including delicious Coconut Shrimp with Thai Chili Sauce, Southwest Spring Rolls with Chorizo, and a Margarita Signature Drink.  DJ Carlitos & DJ Nova played Latin and pop music adding to the perfect spring ambiance as the sunset on the gorgeous Atrium Garden.

As guests enjoyed cocktail hour, the couple and family members began to take their official portraits captured by Photographer Luis Marti in the fountain garden. A Divine Event Design Studio created a gorgeous Boxwood Wall with Marquee Letters with the word ‘LOVE’.

Dinner took place in the ballroom, under lovely chandeliers that created an elegant and warm ambiance. The reception room was set with round tables decorated with abundant large rose gold trumpet vases, and silver-rimmed glassware and plates.

Gaby and Matt enjoyed their meal surrounded by the joy of friends and family. Champagne flowed for dessert as the groom’s father Jim Hines spoke beautifully of the couple in addition to giving them advice for a successful marriage.

A Divine Event Catering created a custom menu that pleased every single wedding guest with an assortment of Bourbon peppercorn flank steak, Farfalle pasta with wild mushrooms and Roma tomatoes, herb grilled chicken with mushrooms, and a fresh balsamic berry salad. There was a delightful sweets bar featuring key lime mini bundt cakes and berry truffle pound cake.

The couple did their grand entrance to their favorite song “Ella es mi fiesta” by Carlos Vives and continued into their first dance by dancing to “Bring it home to me” by Sam Cook.

As the happily wedded couple opened up the dance floor they treated their guests to a Hora Loca, crazy hour, during which the dancing antics included fun glasses, boa scarfs, hats, and lights for all to enjoy and dance late into the night.

Congratulations Gaby & Matt.
